Policies

Here at Water Sprites Swim School we firmly stand behind the policies we create in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our students and staff. Thank You for your cooperation! 

Parent Present Policy: 

All Children under 18 years of age who are in the facility must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults must stay in the building during the duration of their child's lesson. 

Withdrawal Policy: 

Families who wish to withdraw from swim lessons must provide us with 14 days written notice of their desired stop date. Withdrawal forms can be found at the front desk or online. They can be submitted online or turned into the front desk. We ask that you confirm the receipt of your request with the front desk.

Withdrawals are final. If I change my mind, I must re-enroll.

Swim Diaper Policy:

ALL children under three are required to wear a snug fitting, reusable, Happy Nappy washable swim diaper regardless of whether or not they are potty trained. All children over three, who are not potty trained, are required to wear a snug fitting reusable, Happy Nappy washable swim diaper as well. This is for the health and safety of all our swimmers.  

Any child who is found without a swim diaper will be asked to leave class immediately.  

Any child who causes a pool closure on more than one occasion will be asked to leave the school.

Auto-Pay Policy:

Tuition is due the on the first of the month. You must have a card/account on file that can be charged. If you wish to pay tuition manually, you may do so in person or via our parent portal prior to the first of each month (accounts with zero balance will have no charges). Tuition will be prorated based on the start and stop dates of swimmers. We do not offer make-ups, refunds or credits for missed lessons.

Registration fees are due for each swimmer, once each calendar year. Registration fees will be due again in January of the following year, or whenever lessons resume.
